Their Fitness approach is centred around Fun, creative, challenging group classes, and personal trainings. All fitness classes are monitored by innovative implementation of the Polar club system to monitor your heart rate and allow you to train at the right intensity.Located o the boardwalk of Ste Anne de Bellevue in a beautiful setting and they are now selling 3 Soeurs salads in their fridge, with outdoor seating and take-out available.
We are proud to announce our partnership with the AQVA. With every on-line order, 3Soeurs will donate 10% of the order total to the AQVA. AQVA offers people with mobility impairments the possibility to leave their wheelchair on the dock and to discover the joys of sailing. This is done with the specially designed Martin16 sailboat which is adapted to each sailor’s specific needs. So come and sail with us the Montreal chapter at Pointe-Claire Yacht Club, or the Sherbrooke chapter at Club nautique du Petit Lac Magog.

On Rock Community Services is a community organization committed to making a difference in the Montreal area by being a resource for people in the community. This takes various forms, including a Food Bank, a School Lunch Program, and a Community Diner. Imagine not being able to provide food for your family this evening, or having only enough to feed one of your children.

For 70 years the Lord Reading Yacht Club has been a hidden jewel in the West Island.
