A little over 20 years ago, the 3 sisters were all living out west in Alberta when they received a call from their dad who wanted to buy a restaurant down the street from their native West Island home. So the 3 girls hopped on a plane to go back to their roots and opened Les Trois Soeurs, a fine dining establishment with a casual environment.

Shortly after opening, the demand for catering grew strong, both private homes and corporate and so began the catering division.

Both locals and destination traffic frequented the resto for over 13 years. Due to health issues, the girls sold back in 2007 but always continued catering.

Just over a year ago, the rebirth of 3 Soeurs came about; a new concept in line with the times of  healthy eating. The resto & catering company is located in ddo and offers a variety of gourmet salads, sandwiches, quiches and soups-a little something for everyone. Also a private event space for cocktail parties or sit-down meals.
